It’s private Kappo-style and Omakaese cuisine.

“Kappo Dining” express a casual, classic outlook on Japanese multi-course meals, a steady-to-basics change from omakase dinners.

A kappo cuisine is created by the highest skilled chef in the fundamental with traditional way.

On that day, we welcomed the Mr. Izawa, he is a CEO from KATSUYAMA BREWERY and Mr. Danny, he is a Master Sake Sommelier in KL.

Once started the event, they made a speech and explain about SAKE.

Each guests get a designated table and listen carefully their speech.

After that, many kinds of cuisine were served for pairing SAKE (KATSUYAMA).

Every guests had a wonderful experience and feel affinity their friendly sake guidance.

It may rare case in Malaysia what we meet Sake Brewery’s CEO.

Tasting Note

It is a pure rice ginjo sake with a rich taste that is characterized by a gentle and elegant fragrance and a smooth drink, and the umami that spreads on the palate are beautifully harmonized.

Katsuyama Sensho Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai

Rice: Hitomebore / Rice Polishing:55% / Alc: 15% /SMV+1 / Technique: bag sqeeuze / Temperature: Cold /Region: Miyagi

Tasting Note

Junmai sake with a strong strength while using the same hitomebore as the edge. It brings out the sweetness of rice without any unpleasant taste, and has a strong taste as sake. An elegant taste bearing the name of Date Masamune.
