On September 8, we hosted a tasting event at BREF by Darren Chin inside M Resort Hotel, welcoming Umenoyado Sake Brewery from Japan.
The event was attended by many guests, where we not only introduced the distinctive features and appeal of Umenoyado’s liqueurs, but also offered participants the opportunity to enjoy them both on their own and as cocktails—showcasing new and creative ways to experience liqueurs.
The elegant aromas highlighting the natural character of the fruits and the rich flavors that brought out the quality of the ingredients received high praise from a wide range of participants. It proved to be an excellent opportunity to showcase the diverse drinking styles of liqueurs. In particular, many guests expressed strong interest and appreciation for the depth of liqueurs made with a sake base and their excellent compatibility with food.
