A self-sustaining sake that embodies ultimate terroir, brewed with cedar vats made from estate-grown trees, pesticide-free rice, and only the brewery’s natural water and native microorganisms—capturing the essence of its local environment.

“Niida Grand Cru 2025” expresses the terroir of Tamura, Fukushima. Brewed with naturally cultivated
rice and pure spring water using traditional wooden vats, it offers a complex and layered profile.
Its distinctive flavors, born from a dialogue with nature, reflect both the spirit of the land and the brewer’s passion.
