A Mizubasho Dinner Session with Nagai Sake Brewery

We had a Mizubasho Dinner session on 22th July at the Sushi Hibiki.
As a special guest we welcomed Mr. Noriyoshi Nagai, he is a CEO of the Nagai Sake Brewery.
The Sake which they created is tend to very clean, elegant nose and dry finish.
Guests enjoyed special pairings such the Japanese Sake alongside a specially prepared course menu.
In this time, we could offer a serene atmosphere in which to experience the richness of Japanese alcohol culture-earning high praise from participants.
We will continue to share the allure of Japanese sake through events like this in the future.
