At “Fukucho”, we inherit the spirit of Miura Senzaburo’s motto—
“Hyakushi Senkai(=百試千改→ A hundred trials, a thousand refinements)—and continue to challenge ourselves with unwavering dedication.

“Fukucho”offers a refreshing, lemon-like brightness with crisp acidity and a smooth, sake-like finish that beautifully enhances oysters and other seafood. With its high acidity and a pleasantly light mouthfeel—despite being an undiluted sake at 13% ABV—it pairs just as well with Italian or French cuisine as it does with traditional Japanese dishes. Serve well chilled and enjoy it like a fine white wine.
