FEATURE OF THE TASTE
Takaiku63 is the local brewer’s rice of Kochi prefecture.
It’s also produced with the regional yeast, so it’s very Kochi specialized Sake.
The top note is fruity like melon and banana.
The texture is smooth and light, but the condensed Umami spreads gradually. The finish is sharp and dry; the balance of taste is nicely designed.
