BREWERY NAME
Hachinohe Brewery: Brand name is “Mutsu Hassen”.
Our brewery was founded in 1775. The current 8th-generation owner, Shōzaburō, is dedicated to producing local sake in Aomori Prefecture, focusing on using locally grown rice and yeast. We use renowned water from the Kanisawa area of Hachinohe and strive to craft safe, delicious sake that meets modern demands for environmental care and health.

After about six months of maturation in the brewery, this sake reveals a refined aroma with both elegance and calm. It offers a mellow sweetness and rounded umami, resulting in a smooth and well-balanced profile.
