The term Tamahagane refers to the traditional Japanese iron used as the raw material for Japanese swords. This sake, carefully crafted by hand using Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, carries a graceful aroma and gentle sweetness, yet hides a bold and vigorous strength beneath the surface.
